  • Discrimination, offensive or harmful content

  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior in contributor/user interactions

  • Unethical practices by partners or suppliers

  • Any criminal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities involving the website

3. Who Can Report

The following individuals are encouraged to report concerns:

  • Website users and readers

  • Content contributors and collaborators

  • Partner brands or service providers

  • Any member of the public with a genuine concern involving KUSCOFFEE or its platform

4. How to Report a Concern

  • KUSCOFFEE will not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals reporting concerns in good faith

  • Knowingly submitting false or malicious reports may result in appropriate action

6. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a whistleblower report, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt (if the reporter can be contacted)

  • Review the issue promptly and impartially

  • Take necessary corrective action based on the findings

  • Where appropriate, inform the whistleblower of the outcome (within the bounds of confidentiality)

7. Review and Updates
