Ingredients
- 50 ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) espresso or coffee
- 100 ml (3 and 1/3 fl oz) milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3-4 ice cubes
Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Use either instant coffee or ground coffee beans.
- Add ice, milk, sugar, and coffee to the blender.
- Blend for 3-5 minutes until the milk froths.
Tip: For thicker and denser froth, use high-fat milk. - Pour the finished drink into a serving glass and serve immediately to prevent the foam from settling.
