Ingredients

  • 50 ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) espresso or coffee
  • 100 ml (3 and 1/3 fl oz) milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Method

  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Use either instant coffee or ground coffee beans.
  2. Add ice, milk, sugar, and coffee to the blender.
  3. Blend for 3-5 minutes until the milk froths.
    Tip: For thicker and denser froth, use high-fat milk.
  4. Pour the finished drink into a serving glass and serve immediately to prevent the foam from settling.
