Turkish Cardamom Iced Coffee

Ingredients
- 60 ml (2 fl oz) milk
- 60 ml (2 fl oz) cream
- 3 tsp sugar
- 3 cardamom pods
- 60 ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
- a few ice cubes
Method
- Brew the coffee in any preferred way.
- Pour the milk into a cezve.
- Add the cream, sugar, and cardamom.
- Stir and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a small jug.
- Add the coffee to the mixture and let it cool for 20 minutes.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
