Ingredients

  • 50 ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) espresso or coffee
  • 50 ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) milk
  • 50 ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) cream with at least 30% fat content
  • 1/3 rd of a chocolate bar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Method

  1. Brew the coffee in any convenient way for you and allow it to cool down
  2. Bring milk to the boil, add chocolate to the hot milk and wait for it to melt
  3. Mix the melted chocolate with coffee and add cinnamon.
  4. Add ice cubes to the serving glass
  5. Add the coffee-chocolate mixture into the serving glass
  6. Using an electric mixer/whisk, whisk the cream until a creamy foam has formed
  7. Using a spoon, add the creamy foam to the serving glass
  8. Add cinnamon to the finished product if desired
