Method

Put ice in the serving glass and pour over the cold milk.
Combine the instant coffee and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add water to the mixture while whisking continuously with a mixer or electric handheld whisk.
The resulting mixture of water, instant coffee, and sugar should create a stiff, glossy froth.
Spread the coffee foam foam over the iced milk.
If desired, garnish with cinnamon or chocolate chips before serving.
