carbonated water

strawberry syrup

Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
  2. Allow the drink to cool.
  3. Cut the pitahaya and lime into chunks.
  4. Place the fruit in a glass, pour in the syrup, and mash using the muddler.
  5. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  6. Pour in the water and coffee.
  7. Stir the ingredients gently.
