Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
  2. Place finely chopped lemon and orange zest, cloves, cinnamon, and powdered sugar in a saucepan.
  3. Place sugar in a cup, pour in cognac, and ignite it.
  4. Quickly pour hot coffee over the flaming mixture.
  5. Let it stand for 3-4 minutes and strain.
  6. Transfer the prepared coffee to a serving glass.
