Method
    1. Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method. Let it cool.

    2. Divide hot water equally into three small separate bowls.

    3. Add one of the three superfood powders to each individual bowl with hot water and stir until dissolved.

    4. Add milk to each bowl with hot coloured water.

    5. Pour espresso or strong coffee into a tall glass.

    6. Add your favourite sugar substitute to taste.

    7. Add ice to the level slightly below the rim of the glass.

    8. Start layering the milk mixtures. Add one milk, then carefully layer the next one, making sure not to pour too quickly or the milk will blend too quickly.

    9. Finish by sprinkling with edible glitter.

Other options for obtaining superfoods in rainbow colours are:

Orange: ground goji berries, carrot juice.

Green: wheatgrass powder, matcha tea, spinach juice.

Purple: maqui berry powder, blueberry/blackberry juice.

Pink: ground freeze-dried strawberry/raspberry.

Glitter can be added directly to the food colouring.
