Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Cool down to room temperature.
Add the chia seeds, stir, and place in the refrigerator for about an hour until the chia seeds have swollen.
Take the drink out of the refrigerator, add the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, syrup, and cream, and mix well.
Pour the drink into a mug.
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
