whipped cream

cinnamon

pear syrup

Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.

  2. Peel and cut the pear into pieces.

  3. Pour coffee, syrup, and pear into a blender.

  4. Blend the ingredients until smooth.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

  6. Pour milk into the pear-coffee mixture, stir, and remove from the heat.

  7. Blend the mixture again in the blender.

  8. Pour the beverage into a serving glass and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
