Method
  1. Place the orange zest in a cezve, pour hot water over it, and let it steep.
  2. Strain the water and orange zest into a serving glass, then add the whisky and coffee.
  3. Stir the mixture well.
  4. Top it off with whipped cream and garnish with a slice of dried orange.
  5. Serve immediately.
