Place the orange zest in a cezve, pour hot water over it, and let it steep.
Strain the water and orange zest into a serving glass, then add the whisky and coffee.
Stir the mixture well.
Top it off with whipped cream and garnish with a slice of dried orange.
Serve immediately.
