cocoa to taste

a scoop of ice cream

Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Allow it to cool.

  2. Separate the egg yolk from the white.

  3. Pour chilled coffee, milk, rum, brandy, and liqueurs into a serving glass. Add the egg yolk.

  4. Mix thoroughly to have a homogeneous texture.

  5. Add a scoop of ice cream to the mixture.

  6. Whisk the egg white with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Place the whipped cream on top of the coffee.

  7. Sprinkle the prepared drink with cocoa.
