water

cognac

fruits (apple, orange, lemon)

egg white

icing sugar

Method
  1. Place the fruit, icing sugar, and water in the blender bowl.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the two egg whites to the blender. Blend until frothy.

Tip! For best results, allow the egg whites to cool beforehand.

4. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.

5. Pour the brandy and coffee into the serving mug. Add the fruit purée.

The fruits can be replaced with any seasonal fruit or berries if desired.
