Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.
Put the coffee in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and cool it to room temperature.
Add espresso, ice cubes, chocolate syrup, cookies, and milk to a blender and blend until creamy. Tip! Do not blend for too long, or the ice will melt and make the drink too watery.
Pour into a pre-chilled glass.
Garnish the drink with whipped cream. Tip! You can also decorate the prepared coffee with a cookie.
