Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method. Allow it to cool.

  2. Blend egg yolk, liqueur, and crushed ice until a smooth consistency.

  3. Add brandy, cold coffee, and milk to the mixture. Blend for an additional 5-10 seconds.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk egg white until it forms stiff peaks.

  5. Pour the blended drink into a glass.

  6. Garnish the prepared coffee with the beaten egg white.
