Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method. This could be espresso, strong-brewed coffee, or instant coffee.
Cool down the prepared beverage.
Place the ice cream in the blender bowl.
Add milk and cooled coffee.
Blend the ingredients until frothy.
Pour the prepared cocktail into a glass.
If desired, garnish the milkshake with grated chocolate before serving.
