Ingredients

Instant coffee

chocolate syrup

boiling water

whipped cream

marshmallows

Method

Pour boiling water over the instant coffee.
Add the chocolate syrup and stir until dissolved.
Fill a tall, heatproof glass with ice and pour in the milk.
Pour the chocolate and coffee mixture into the glass with the milk.
Fry the marshmallows.
Top with the whipped cream.
Add the fried marshmallow.
Sprinkle the digestive biscuit crumbs over the top.
Drizzle with additional chocolate syrup if desired.
Serve immediately.
