Mango mousse coffee

Mango mousse coffee is an unusual drink that will not leave anyone indifferent. The drink has a great taste and an original serving. Ingredients

mango

cream

gelatin

icing sugar

Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
  2. Allow the drink to cool.
  3. Dissolve the gelatine powder according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Peel the mango, remove the pit and cut the fruit into pieces.
  5. Place the mango, cream, dissolved gelatine and icing sugar in the blender.
  6. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into a mug and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  8. Pour the coffee into the serving glass and add the cream and mango mixture.
  9. Decorate with a slice of mango and chocolate shavings.
