Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method. Allow the drink to cool.
Pour the cooled coffee into ice cube moulds. Place them in the freezer until completely frozen. Tip! To reduce the preparation time for Croatian-style coffee in the future, prepare coffee ice cubes in advance.
Add the coffee ice cubes, milk, and sugar to the blender bowl.
Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
Pour the prepared drink from the blender into a serving glass.
If desired, garnish the prepared beverage with whipped cream.
