Iceberg Coffee with Brandy and Vodka

The combination of coffee and alcohol is not uncommon, but vodka is used less frequently than others. However, grain alcohol pairs exceptionally well with the bitterness of coffee. White chocolate smoothes out the burning alcohol notes, while the coconut and whipped cream lend a long-lasting tropical aftertaste. This coffee is a great energy booster and mood lifter.

Method
  1. Brew the coffee in any preferred way.

  2. Add alcohol and coffee to a serving glass.

  3. Melt white chocolate and add it to the glass.

  4. Stir.

  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut shavings.
