Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Evenly spread diced sweet potato on a baking sheet and sprinkle it with ground cinnamon.

  3. Bake the sweet potato in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until it becomes soft and slightly golden.

  4. In a small bowl, mix honey and hot water until smooth consistency.

  5. Prepare espresso or coffee using any convenient method.

  6. In a blender, blend the cooked sweet potato and honey until it becomes a uniform mixture.

  7. Pour the sweet potato and honey mixture into a cup, and pour hot coffee over it.
