Gentle Milk Coffee with Bananas

Method
  1. Peel the banana and mash the pulp until smooth.

  2. Combine cream with the banana puree and thoroughly whisk using a mixer or electric handheld whisk.

  3. Place ground coffee, sugar, and milk into the cezve.

  4. Heat until the mixture begins to rise. Remove from the heat for a minute, then return it to the heat.

  5. When the foam rises again, take it off the heat once more.

  6. Let the coffee settle.

  7. Strain the coffee into a serving glass.

  8. Add the banana and cream mixture to the coffee.
