Peel the banana and mash the pulp until smooth.
Combine cream with the banana puree and thoroughly whisk using a mixer or electric handheld whisk.
Place ground coffee, sugar, and milk into the cezve.
Heat until the mixture begins to rise. Remove from the heat for a minute, then return it to the heat.
When the foam rises again, take it off the heat once more.
Let the coffee settle.
Strain the coffee into a serving glass.
Add the banana and cream mixture to the coffee.
