Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.

  2. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and chilled cream to the coffee. Stir well.

  3. Place the mixture in the freezer and let it freeze until it reaches a slushy consistency.

  4. Remove the frozen mixture from the freezer.

  5. Transfer the frozen mixture to a serving dish or glass. Top with a scoop of ice cream.
