Coffee with hot chocolate and chilli

A wonderful drink, which combines the spiciness of the chilli pepper with a strong coffee and dark chocolate taste. Recommended for those who like it hot!

chilli pepper, depending on the desired spice level

Method
  1. Break up the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt using a microwave or a water bath method. Tip! Mix the chocolate to avoid burning
  2. Remove the seeds from the chilli pepper and cut up into small pieces
  3. Add the ground coffee, sugar and desired amount of chilli pepper into cezve or the coffee pot
  4. Add water and bring the mixture to the boil on low heat
  5. Strain the drink using a sieve to avoid coffee and chilli particles getting into the final product
  6. Pour the strained coffee mixture into a serving cup, add the melted chocolate on top
  7. Mix well before serving.
