Coffee with Dark Chocolate

Чёрный кофе с добавлением горького шоколада – насыщенный и бодрящий напиток. При желании можно добавить сахар или наслаждаться терпким вкусом без подсластителей. Шоколад сглаживает текстуру напитка, позволяя кофейным зернам раскрывать аромат деликатно и постепенно.

Method
  1. Put coffee in a cezve or coffee pot. Add Sugar if Desired. Pour in hot water.

  2. Stir and place the cezve or coffee pot over heat.

  3. Once a thick coffee foam rises, remove the cezve or coffee pot from the heat and let it cool for 10-30 seconds.

  4. Then put it back on the heat and wait for the foam to rise again.

  5. Remove and let cool slightly. Repeat this process 3-4 times.

  6. Bring the coffee to a boil and remove the cezve or coffee pot from the heat.

  7. Place a piece of dark chocolate in the serving cup and pour the coffee over it.
