Coffee with Currants

Method
  1. Add sugar, currants, and ground coffee in a cezve or coffee pot.

  2. Pour in cold water and place on the heat.

  3. Stir and wait until a thick coffee foam rises.

  4. Remove from the heat and let the coffee steep for 5–10 minutes.

  5. Strain the coffee into a glass through a sieve to remove the grounds and berries.
