medium banana

dark rum

whipped cream

Method
  1. Peel the bananas, slice them, and put them in a blender.

  2. Add rum and milk to the bananas and blend until smooth.

  3. Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.

  4. In a saucepan, combine the coffee, banana-milk mixture, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat.

  6. Pour the coffee mixture into mugs and garnish with whipped cream.
