Method
  1. Boil the water.
  2. Grate fresh ginger and add it to the boiling water; immediately remove it from the heat. Strain. Tip! You can use ground-dried ginger. In this case, reduce the quantity by half and boil the infusion over low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Place instant coffee into a cup and add the hot ginger infusion.
  4. Add honey to the coffee. Stir.
  5. Add ground black pepper and lemon juice.
  6. Pour in a small amount of clean water.
