Coffee Punch “Copenhagen”

“Copenhagen” is a fabulous coffee punch with rum and cloves that gets increasingly aromatic and intense the longer it steeps.

Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. 
  2. Ignite the rum.
  3. Put the cinnamon, sugar and cloves in the coffee.
  4. Allow the drink to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the rum into the serving glass, add the coffee. Use a sieve to strain out any remaining solids.
