Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.

  2. Add a spoonful of instant coffee and stir until completely dissolved.

  3. Add mint to the coffee. Tip! The mint is best placed in a tea infuser, and once the coffee has absorbed the minty aroma, remove the infuser from the cup.

  4. Stir the coffee.

  5. Let it steep for a while, then remove the mint.

  6. Pour the mint-infused coffee and wine into a serving glass.

  7. Garnish the drink with whipped cream, berries, and mint.
