Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
  2. Allow the drink to cool.
  3. Peel the papaya and pineapple and cut them into pieces.
  4. Place the fruits and ice cubes in the blender. Add the syrup, water, and coffee.
  5. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  6. Pour the drink into the glass.
  7. Garnish the prepared coffee with pieces of fruit as desired.
