Method
  1. Place the cinnamon stick in a saucepan and add the water.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it steep.

  3. Using the cinnamon-infused water, brew the coffee with your preferred method.

  4. Pour the brewed coffee into a serving cup.

  5. Place the sugar cube on a tablespoon, drizzle with brandy, and ignite.

  6. Once the flame extinguishes and the sugar melts, add the contents of the spoon to the coffee.
