Sweet and spicy coffee with cream soda, ice cream, and cinnamon pairs perfectly with chocolate and pastry desserts.

sweetened condensed milk
espresso / coffee
vanilla extract

In a small saucepan, mix the condensed milk, vanilla extract, cream, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil so the mixture soaks up the cinnamon smell.
Remove it from the heat. Remove the cinnamon sticks. Pour into a heatproof glass jar. Put the cream in the refrigerator. The cream can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
Add ice, espresso, or coffee and cream to a tall glass.
Top with cream soda.
Garnish with an ice cream scoop, cinnamon, and sugar.
