Caribbean iced coffee

Caribbean iced coffee is a refreshing drink with a strong fruity taste. The citrus acidity embellishes the coffee, and the aroma of pineapple gives it a tropical island feel. It’s a lovely way to cool off on a hot day. If desired, Angostura bitter can be added to the finished drink to turn it into an alcoholic beverage.

  4. Refrigerate the drink for at least one hour.
  5. After refrigeration, remove the pieces of fruit from the beverage.
  6. Place 3–4 ice cubes in the serving glass and pour the coffee.

Tip! Strain the coffee through a sieve if you don’t want bits of fruit accidentally getting into the beverage.
