Carajillo

This recipe for the coffee cocktail Carajillo is perfectly suited as a digestif or an aperitif for dinner. It will be an excellent addition to a decadent chocolate or pistachio mousse.

Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the liqueur over them.
  4. Then add coffee to the glass and stir.
  5. To finish, pour the Carajillo coffee cocktail with a generous serving of whipped cream.
  6. Garnish with a few coffee beans.

    Tip! While you can use regular ice cubes to make this cocktail, don’t be afraid to experiment with ice cubes made from cold-brew coffee or fruit juice to add even more flavour and variety.
