Method
  1. Brew the coffee using your preferred method.

  2. Add the cognac and sugar to a serving glass. Light the cognac briefly to warm it.

  3. Pour in a portion of the coffee

  4. Add the lemon juice. Mix well.

  5. Add the remaining coffee.

  6. Garnish with whipped cream and lemon zest.
