Ingredients
- 60 ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
- 60 ml (2 fl oz) rum
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tsp icing sugar
- 3-4 ice cubes
Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Allow the drink to cool.
- Add the coffee, nutmeg, rum, and icing sugar to the mixing bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients until frothy.
- Fill the serving glass with ice.
