• 60 ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
• 60 ml (2 fl oz) rum
• A pinch of nutmeg
• 2 tsp icing sugar
• 3-4 ice cubes

Method

1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Allow the drink to cool.
2. Add the coffee, nutmeg, rum, and icing sugar to the mixing bowl.
3. Whisk the ingredients until frothy.
4. Fill the serving glass with ice.
