Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
  • 60 ml (2 fl oz) heavy cream
  • 50 ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) Baileys liqueur
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)

Method

  1. Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.
  2. Pour cold cream into a mixing container.
  3. Combine the cream and powdered sugar, then whip it using a mixer or whisk until it forms a thick, fluffy foam.
  4. Pour 50 ml of Baileys, followed by an addition of hot coffee.
  5. Spoon the whipped cream on top to create a thick, frothy layer.
  6. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the foam for decoration if desired.

This beverage is best enjoyed immediately after preparation.
