Ingredients
- 2-3 tsp ground coffee
- 120 ml (4 fl oz) water
- 50 ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) light / white rum
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- cloves to taste
- allspice to taste
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1-2 cardamom
Method
- In a cezve, add coffee, spices, sugar, and water.
- Add rum.
- Place on the stove and bring to a boil.
- Strain into a serving glass through a sieve to prevent spices from getting in.
Spices add uniqueness and a special zest to coffee.
