Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 fl oz) Espresso or coffee
- 100 ml (3 and 1/3 fl oz) Milk
- 1 small or 1/2 large bananas
- 2-3 pieces ice cubes
- Whipped cream to taste (optional)
Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
- Allow the drink to cool.
- Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
- Place the chilled espresso or strong coffee and the chopped banana in the blender bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
- Add the milk and ice cubes to the blender.
- Whisk all the ingredients again.
- Pour the drink into a serving glass.
- Garnish the iced banana latte with whipped cream if desired.
