Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ground coffee
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 210 ml (7 fl oz) water
  • Ground cinnamon to taste

Method

  1. Pour coffee and cocoa powder into a cezve, mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour boiling water, cover with a lid and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. There is no need to boil the drink.
  3. Pour the ready drink into a serving glass. If desired, add cinnamon.

Cocoa-coffee is a marvellous invigorating beverage. It is gentler and more delicate than black coffee and more stimulating than cocoa.
