Chocolate Coconut Iced Coffee

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 50 g (1 and 2/3 oz) icing sugar
- 150 (5 fl oz) coconut milk
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 60 ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
- 15 ml (1/2 fl oz) chocolate syrup
- 60 ml (2 fl oz) coconut cream
Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Allow the drink to cool.
- Whisk the coconut butter and icing sugar together for 1-2 minutes until it becomes thickened.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the syrup and coconut milk over it.
- Add the coffee into the glass.
- Top it off with a spoonful of coconut whipped cream and serve immediately.
Chocolate and coconut make a delightful pairing! This icy beverage brings back memories of the much-loved chocolate bar. The only difference is that it is made entirely from plant-based ingredients, making it an excellent choice for vegetarians!
