Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 fl oz) Espresso or coffee
  • 1 medium banana
  • 90 ml (3 fl oz) Milk
  • 15 ml (1/2 fl oz) Salted Caramel Syrup
  • Whipped cream — for garnish (optional)

Additional equipment – blender

Method

  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
  2. Place all the ingredients in the blender and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the ready-made mixture into a glass.
  4. Garnish the drink with whipped cream.
