This original and elegant coffee drink with a hint of lavender, champagne, and vanilla is perfect for both formal receptions and a quiet evening after work. Whole milk can be substituted with almond or oat milk.

vanilla extract

whipped cream

milk

honey

Method
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee using your preferred method.

  2. In a separate cup, mix vanilla extract and champagne.

  3. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.

  4. Pour lavender syrup, milk, and coffee over the ice, in that order.

  5. Gently stir with a bar spoon.

  6. Pour the champagne with vanilla over the coffee-milk mixture.

  7. Garnish with whipped cream.
