Peel the orange and lemon, squeeze the juice from them, and then add it to the ground coffee.
Fill the citrus peel with cognac and leave to infuse for 1-2 hours.
Mix the ground coffee with the sugar and juices in a cezve or coffee pot, pour the mixture with water. Stir.
Place on fire and bring to a boil.
Pour into a glass using a sieve.
Add the cognac to the coffee, using a sieve.
