Mexican Coffee: Café de Olla

Cafe De Olla is a traditional Mexican recipe featuring cinnamon and red pepper. Comparable to Irish Farisay, this coffee is widely regarded as a dessert drink, serving as an alcohol-free digestif. The core of the beverage lies in allowing the spices and flavours to meld, forming a singularly spicy aroma.
