Masala chai latte

Ingredients

Method
  1. Place the tea leaves in a saucepan, pour in water, place it on the hob, and bring it to a boil.

  2. Once it starts boiling, add the spices, milk, and syrup. Reduce the heat and simmer gently to allow the spices to infuse.

  3. Prepare the coffee using your preferred method.

  4. Pour the prepared coffee into a mug.

  5. After 1 minute, strain the tea through a strainer into a pitcher or something with a spout.

  6. Add the spiced tea to the coffee.

  7. Serve.
